Order Shipping Policy for The ROUH

Order Delivery:

We strive to enhance your shopping experience. Our standard delivery hours are between 9:00 a.m. and 11:59 p.m. We offer free shipping on orders over AED 500, excluding same-day delivery within the UAE. Orders placed outside of regular business hours (10am to 6.30pm) or on UAE public holidays will be processed on the next UAE working day. While we make every effort to meet delivery estimates, please note these are approximate and not strict guarantees.

Delivery Time Slots:

For your convenience, you can select a delivery time slot during checkout. Delivery time slots are available from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Orders placed by 8:00 p.m. are eligible for next-day delivery.

General Delivery Conditions:

  • Our delivery timeframes are estimates and start from order confirmation.

  • If your order is not delivered within 30 days of confirmation, we will refund your payment.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as unavailability to accept the order or requests for delayed delivery.

  • Delivery will be made every day except on UAE national holidays. Please ensure access for delivery, including Fridays.

  • Our courier may contact you to schedule a delivery time slot.

  • Up to three delivery attempts will be made before the order is canceled.

Contactless Delivery:

Your health and well-being are our top priorities. Choose Contactless Delivery during checkout (available in the UAE only) for eco-friendly packaging. By selecting this option, you acknowledge receipt of your order once it is delivered to your specified address, without requiring your signature. We will contact you by phone before delivery and send an SMS confirmation.

Please note that if you opt for Contactless Delivery, we are not liable for any loss or damage to your order once it is delivered.

Shipping Limitations:

We will deliver to the address you specify, subject to our shipping constraints. The risk of loss and title for items purchased on our website transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier. Any claims for damaged or missing shipments must be filed directly with the carriers.

Taxes and Duties:

For orders from outside the UAE, you are responsible for all customs duties and taxes. Goods entering a foreign country are subject to customs examination and tax assessments according to that country's regulations.
